Cancellation, No-Show & Service Fee Policy

A $40 non-refundable service fee plus a 2.80% + $0.30 processing fee will apply in the event of a no-show, refusal of service, or if the signer is unavailable at the time of appointment.

This fee also applies when inaccurate address information is provided, resulting in additional travel, delays, or an unsuccessful visit.

Cancellations made less than one (1) hour prior to the scheduled appointment time are considered late cancellations and will be subject to this fee.

This policy ensures the integrity of reserved appointment time, travel scheduling, and professional availability.
